Your post is off base, hurtful and cowardly. It was just brought to my attn. What you suggest is beyond absurd. I hold a large position in IDTC and share my due diligence with many boards. IDTC pays me NOTHING. Indeed, I believe it would be illegal if they did and I would not involve myself in anything illegal.

Although I admit this has taken a while. My investment strategy has always been to find good stocks that are out of favor. Research the heck out of them and then scale in large positions. Typicly I will then establish an average price per share and sell 1/2 when it doubles and just keep the rest.

I have done this with, cpq, novl, orbk, mupair, cien, aol, lumme and many others.

I broke my own rule and didn't do this with idtc when it went to 35. My average at the time was under 17. That is because it happened pre filing of the NTOP ipo and I thought it would go higher. I admit that was a mistake. My involvement in this company is as simple as that.

Good day.
