Hi Mike. IMO, it is management's actions/inactions over the past two years that has fostered a strong sense of distrust amongst many shareholders. This, it appears, is the real problem here. Without question, PLFM does need the capacity to raise capital, etc. but the voices which say "we trust management to do the right thing for shareholders" are faint indeed. When putting such a proposal in front of shareholders, why wouldn't management share their plans, at least abstractly? Heck, the shareholder don't even know what they've got now and they're being asked to reorganize it in this fashion? Please! Personally, I've serious reservations about the group who's running this show. Nonetheless, the concept and its potential keep me here.... Live easy, ski hard!
