JC, I recently added substantially to my WIND position because it seems like a "no-brainer" with I2O, TMS, DSP, OSEK, cell phones, infrastructure, set-top boxes etc, etc. I understand that in house roll your own is falling by the way side due to time to market constraints. As a result WIND is gaining a growing share of a growing market.

Not being literate in this industry I am trying to understand (and have to ask) where the risks are. Is is possible that a Sony or Motorola like company has been quietly flushing out their embedded software, tool sets etc to participate in this market? Or do they all lay their software on top of VxWorks, pSOS etc?

What are the strategic alliances between MOT and Integrated Systems vs Microware? I have not followed INTS closely and wonder if WIND/INTS provide the technology behind the following. . .

In addition, Motorola will provide its SURFboard cable modems to multiple Comcast systems. These deployments of the SURFboard modems will further expand Comcast's field deployments of Motorola's high-speed data technologies.>>

Based off the assumption that WIND provides the software for the majority of in car navigation systems do you think they will play a role in this? . . .
