Dear Dan:

Sorry to read about your mother's cancer. It must be very difficult for her and for you and the rest of the family. I pray God's peace on her and the rest of you.

Father, I hold up Dan's mother who is about to undergo surgery for cancer. I pray that the surgeons be given a talent beyond their wildest imaginations so that they can and will remove every bit of the cancer that has invaded Dan's mother's body. I pray that she will have an incredibly quick recovery. I also ask that in this time leading up to the surgery that you will give her and her entire family and all of her friends a peace that passes all understanding. In Christ's name I pray, amen.
