Hi David,

I have to agree with you that we have to many share outstanding as it is.One of my complains about the previous management was that they diluted the value of the share price.

But it does look like that IZP will probably be listed on the
NASDAQ (by Sep.?),management wants high exposure to the US market.
So I believe that Sean may see the IPO issue.

I believe that we may see some unexpected changes,as management has
come out very strong for the start of the year with PR's.
