S!

I'm sorry it has taken so long to respond to your last post...I was in California without a computer. I had to rely on my Schwab telebroker for CITN quotes all last week. It was murder not having any news or message boards to lean on for support...what a week!

Looks like CITN is starting a nice steady climb before the next news release...maybe the earnings announcement???

Anyway, I copied this from Raging Bull. It addresses some of your B2B concerns:

Andy - I agree that the B2B incubator concept is bigger than the how2 backdoor ipo.
Since the excellent management and board are already in place, they should have great
"deal flow" defined as the ability to see and evaluate many private companies wishing to
go public. From the 100 that they evaluate, they can invest in the one or two that have the
greatest potential anticipating making 4 to 5 times their initial investment (if not 10 times)
within a short time frame. The internet will continue to grow geometricly for some time and
smart people will continue to have internet ideas that add value. CITN will help bring these
concepts to market with their expertise and help develop synergies between these new
companies and their existing contacts. Remember, how2 has already developed
extensive contacts and talk to many companies and see many new ideas on a daily
basis. The website shows this to some extent.

This area has amazing potential. Just one IPO could mean 500mm or a billion worth of
market value to citn. While Berkshire and Tyco are great companies, their concept is to
invest in mature companies and they target a much smaller rate of return. B2B incubators
command premium prices due to the growth prospects of this area and their ability to add
value to the acquired companies.

Just bringing this concept to the nasdaq with how2 in tow will be very exciting and I expect
the reaction will be very favorable. And it's not far away...

Regards, lrwb

Good Luck!

CITN on top of the world!
