I am not sure of the warning you speak of. First, without the acquisition of Lepton, their earnings would have been $0.54 and second, while revenues were down (a bad time for all the sector) cost were really brought undewr control. I look at all this positively given the CURRENT atmosphere.

Bleed UTEK for all its worth for the past, if you want. I am not in UTEK for the short tewrm. I have just seen its trough and look forward to its new peaks as time marches on. Sure, I should have cashed out at 25-27 and gotten back in at 18 but at least I accumulated more shares and have options equal to the shares I presently own (NOV). The future is bright for the entire semiconductor sector and UTEK will recover.

MU should have been sold at 80-90 and bought back at 19 but people didn't do that either. The ones who invested at 30, like me and saw it go to 19 did not get discouraged. We bought more and now it is in the mid 30s and even got into the 40s, where some of us took profits. Gloom and doom is for losers and patience is for winners. I am on the up roller coaster ride on UTEK now. We may se a dip or two but we won't see bankruptcy.
