accountability works on both sides... sounds like both of you sharing frustrations, and there's nothing wrong with disclosure. been with MBT over a year, and for the most part satisfied, however, if I held your feelings, "inevitability to being ripped off", I would have made a change months ago... who really lacks empathy here?...
