We agree. QCOM's IPR is technological in nature. QCOM is a technology company. What gets me is that the analysts lump companies that use technology to deliver a product as "technology companies". That's just plain wrong. They are not manufacturing or selling technology. They are using technology to deliver their product, which is merchandise or services or information.
