It used to be that if you believed there were black helicopters at all, you were labeled a kook. I used to think people were kooky who thought that. Then I read somewhere that there are black helicopters being maintained and flown by the government. They're painted black with a gritty finish to avoid radar detection.

Suppose you're a federal agent and you're monitoring somebody who believes in black helicopters. Wouldn't you buzz their property with a black helicopter every now and then? LOL, I would.
