Jerry Wenger has never promoted VTEH it is on the same station but it is Ed (the non Admitted) Taxion who promotes the stock. He and his cohort Barry Bampton the promoter. Barry talks about how this is a great company (not disclosing that is is a shell with only one employee and that his brother and family are the major stock holders). It seems to me that if their was ever a situation were the SEC should be stepping in it is this one. Their has to be some fine line between sales promotion and out right lying. It seems that in this stock the bamptons have used a verry broad brush to smear the line. Since the offices are in Canada I do not know what power the SEC will have to chace down the company. I know I have registered my complaint with them.
