When the Newfies sent Captain Tobin to the table you could pretty much guess INCO had won. All INCO has to do is wait them out. Voisey's Bay has been held hostage by the Natives, by the prospectors and now by the biggest cluck of all. I would not be surprised to see INCO sue to have the royalty regime that was promised them by the government from day one, i.e. ten year royalty holiday.
