Wish I had an answer. I believe this has become a "show-me" stock due to past failures to put up the numbers that had been projected. Well announcements are being ignored pending actual increases to quarterly production. Unless and until they can have a quarter where they increase production over the prior quarter, the stock price will stay in the toilet.
