>>Either way I feel very good about the short term and long term continued stock upward valuation.<<

When I sit down to re-evaluate my stock portfolio, I often make many of my decisions based upon my understanding of the company's progress with their business plan. I then follow this by conducting an objective review of the Risks and Rewards that the stock presents for me.

I believe that in Net Shepherd's situation, when you compare the potential rewards (share price appreciation) to the risk of an equal share price reduction, it is not hard to come to the conclusion that the potential rewards far outweigh the risks.

Here are just some of the things that I believe have a high probability of happening this year . . .

- The ICMS V.3 - which includes the Neural Network capability will be completed. This will provide Net Shepherd with a true lock on what I would consider as 'cutting edge' technology which will provide a tremendous competitive and service offering advantage to organizations utilizing it

- The customers who have been waiting for this version of the application to be completed, will move beyond the demonstration stage and hurry to sign significant and long term contracts

- Net Shepherd will begin trading on NASDAQ

- Answers.com will IPO on NASDAQ

- Business Intelligence / Market Intelligence will also IPO on NASDAQ

- The other spin off businesses (System Integration / Internet Readiness Business, and the newly integrated ClickChoice.com) will begin the process required to take them to their IPO debuts early next year

- Net Shepherd will begin licensing their technology and patented process to other business, and non profit entities (Governments)

In my opinion, should just a few of these situations occur, then the stock will see some tremendous support. The current price of $4 CDN will then be just a fond memory for those who believe as I do now that the Risk Reward ratio is very attractive given the potential before the company.

I have been spending a good deal of time lately researching other companies which also present favourable Risk Reward opportunities. I believe that I have found some, but I promise you that there are very few which have kept my interest like this one has.

Through a few private messages, I have been asked if my support has waned over the past few weeks. I assure you that my outlook for the near, medium, and long term for this company is very bullish based on my research, and my present understanding of the company. As a matter of fact, over the past few weeks, I have been trying to add to my holdings in it, and given the opportunity (ie: more available cash), I will continue to add more shares to my portfolio.

All that said, I would also not be surprised if there was a bit more volatility in the stock price before the company announces any additional news. I will view any drop in share price as one more buying opportunity.

Still a . . .
