if you see all of the folks that have filed, you will see that there will be downward pressure on phcm. greenspan raises rates 1-2 times + the lockup + closing in on summer doldrums this spring--we could get our last chance to pick it up cheap.

in a year, this company will be evident as internet phones become more popular--this is still the early part of the game--next year--not so sure.
