[UPDATE 1][01-16-00 09:41 PM ET] MANAGEMENT DEFINITIVELY CONFIRMED LATE LAST WEEK THAT SELWYN RABINS [PREVIOUSLY] FORMALLY RESIGNED AS PRESIDENT OF NEWKIDCO INTERNATIONAL AND THAT NEWKIDCO HAS NO OWNERSHIP IN ALPHA SOFTWARE[1.].

[1.] Alpha Software alphasoftware.com was wholly-owned by NewKidCo International and was designated a discontinued operation q4 1998, however, up until we advised management otherwise [late last week], alphasoftware.com's website still indicated they were the acquiror of NewKidCo LLC (~Winter '97/Spring '98). We advised management that this was not in NKC(IF)s best interests given 1) it reflected a substantive and anomolous lack of focus with NewKidCo's stated mission they are attempting to establish with the street [re: recent peddling of an outdated database by Selwyn Rabins last week viz a viz Message 12544046 ] and 2) any/all due diligence performed by any potential/existing investor, analyst, street, et al will simply and inevitably land at alphasoftware.com...NewKidCo management was not aware of this and have since removed all association with NewKidCo from the Alpha Software site.
