Rick,

I don't know if this qualifies as "interesting", but the financial situation of Techniclone is a bit deceiving, in that the outstanding loan it has is to a company run by its largest shareholder. This shareholder, Ed Legere, is apparently not about to be the instrument of bankruptcy for Techniclone, but will allow payments to be renegotiated or deferred so that his shares in the company don't go Tango Uniform.

Regards, Bob
