It's possible that they haven't thought that through. If they had done, I doubt they'd have sued the DTC, and they wouldn't have contemplated suing the NASD.

Mikey likes to spend time in court, as we've seen. Although he nearly always loses, he appears to remain optimistic. Maybe it's like living in hope of hitting the thousand-bagger.
