To finish up my posting on retirement for the weekend, let me say that the most important thing you can do is STAY ACTIVE!,

Most of you know I dance every night, and this certainly keeps me going, both physically and mentally. The crowd I socialize with is mainly in their 20's and 30's, (my favorite partner is 21!). Not only does the dancing keep me young, but interacting with this crowd keeps me young mentally.

In addition to that, I do Pilate's 3 times a week, which is a major exercise, program invented by Joe Pilates back in the 20's and popularized by Ballinchine in the 30's for ballet dancers.

I live across the freeway from Leisure World, (We call it" Seizure world") ,and when I see some bent over 75 year old hobbling along, I know the physical condition is usually caused by too much "Lazy Boy" time, and not enough exercise time.
