Usually when a company declines to participate in a review it is because: a) they do not want to keep the account. b) they don't believe they have a legitimate chance of winning the review anyway. Either way, by not participating, they will lose the account. But the company, at least as I remember it, has a great and talented group working there, so they will land on their feet. Grant
