<SRCM> I agree with the final assessment, though you got one detail not quite right: SRCM gets 886,000 PRE-SPLIT shares of LBRT, or 1,772,000 shares post-split, ostensibly worth $175MM or so, but in practice SRCM will surely be happy to get $125MM for them, enough to pay off the debt and have enough cash left over to reorganize into their next business plan.
