I am just as frustrated over the merger of COMS and USRX. One
thing we can do is perhaps to arouse other small investors. If
there are enough of us, say 50, who are willing to say about
$100 apiece to buy a small ad in e. g. New York Times, we can urge
USRX to (1) pay the penalty and walk out of the deal, and/or (2)
to renegotiate. We may start snow-balling. Public opinion is
what is needed, not just discussions. EY
