If I were LWIN, I would be all over this one. It would be an incredible way for LWIN to establish some meaningful spectrum in the US. I'm sure they could ask QCOM for some financial assistance. Someone suggested that the FCC also must reimburse QCOM for some spectrum that was lost in Miami, FL. The vultures will be circling high over these licenses. I think it's a little ironic that NXTL's counterbid for NextWave disappeared just before the spectrum was revoked.
