Please add my name to the list. I have documentation of trades and execution times (too many to list here) from E*TRADE that are not acceptable. My estimate of losses, before I stopped using E*TRADE, is in the $15k to $20K range. Some of the stocks are: YHOO, ZE, PTSC, ADVR, APLX, PHII, CSRV, JNNE....... Problems include slow trades, not filling orders (both buy and sell), long waits on hold on the customer service(?) line, long waits on the broker line, denial of facts about time and value of orders......
