Good catch, Larry. It looks like the clause limiting the conversion price, for the case where conversion is performed during the month (rather than after), is missing from the language. Interesting that it ought to be there, to be consistent with the other two clauses. This may be a costly oversight on the part of the company, no matter if unintentional.
