BIG: It's not "authorized" shares that's the problem. It's "outstanding" that bites ya. If outstanding increases by fourfold, and earnings prospects remain total unclear, then the share price very well may drop to $.15. But if the increase in outstanding is coupled with greatly enhanced earnings prospects, then share price may actually go up. Right now I'm not betting the farm on it, though. It's that darned management history and general lack of trust. George
