Flo, YUP, ZSUN BECAME REPORTING 60 days after filing its 10SB, according to... SEC RULES... Comments have been addressed and it'll soon be on AMEX... That's why ZSUN MUST file 10Q's and 10K's to remain COMPLIANT...
