Well, a couple observations on EPAY. First, they have $39 million in sales, and 271 employees. Second, they are in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The only place colder in the winter than Minn and Mich is NH and Maine. How do you bring in technical talent up to Portsmouth? Seems like it could limit their growth potential.
