I am not sure that AHP will necessarily get its cash from this deal. I am sure WLA thought about this before they agree to talk to pfe. I am sure PFE will resist to give the cash to AHP, and AHP will sue, the whole litigation can take years before AHP can get its money, or maybe they will settle for less..... Anyway, the whole deal is still good for PFE and WLA. Da bull
