If they are selling out to LibertySurf they won't bother to file at all. But this troublesome issue remains; either XSNI is a terrific Internet portal with huge potential - in which case it is stupid to sell unless management needed a big corporate partner for financing - or XSNI is a series of great press releases that had a few hiccups as an operating company and decided to turn the keys over to an adult.

I have no idea which is true. But it has to be one or the other, not both. Not for $50 million for the whole company.
