I thought the PP was for $11.7 million; therefore I got a few more shares than your count. Also, the investors can exercise their warrants to purchase 50% more shares than they acquire through conversion. So the real potential dilution from this deal is more like 1.3 million to 5.85 million shares. Presuming there is no floorless conversion in February.
