I'd guess yesterday's leap was in sympathy with all the other semiconductor equipment stocks, which rallied in response to Intel's Thursday afternoon quarterly release. Maybe folks figure the disk drive inspection sector is finally poised to join in the semiconductor rally of the past 12 months... Still, who knows?
