Is this news??, I thought it was known by all, a civil case turned criminal..since I didnt play ball their way,,I guess basshing the NASD on National TV and suing Bear Stearns,, will end up in one having their life turned upside down.. I have read the article sveral times and I don't see how it is anything but a disclosure about something that shouldnt be happening...
