BIGEYE,
An increase in authorised shares is not dilutive. Only when more shares are ISSUED is it dilutive.

However, I don't fault you for taking the most pessimistic outlook, and assuming that all newly authorized shares will be issued immediately. I just happen to think that it would be in both the company's and the shareholder's worst interest for that to occur.
