Somes thoughts on the announcement: - About 99% sure it's Samsung, based on timing & order size. Also they would have noted that it was "another" DRAM manufacturer if it wasn't. - Since the Samsung orders have/are being announced, the GSNX strip order they "had in the bag" fell through. Likely went to the Korean supplier. - Note "The company has more than 20 Aspen III tools installed at leading-edge semiconductor facilities around the world, running both 200mm and 300mm processes in production". This tells us the 300mm CVD is running in production at the Infineon 300mm pilot line also. Best Regards, John Stewart
