.Trev,

But it boggles the mind how this year's snap program is being discussed between the "partners???????' with last year's A.F.E still undefined or resolved.

Last year's AFE is defined, resolved and water under the bridge from Winspear's point of view. They are carrying on accordingly. As I have stated earlier, contract law has precedence over other statutes. From that perspective, it appears certain that Aber will loose. In addition, Aber's need for additional financing of another $CDN300 million or so for Diavik, or face dilution of their working interest, now that cash calls are showing up monthly, is good business reason for them to extracate themselves from the problem they created for themselves by selling their interest in Snap Lake, if they can find a buyer.
regards,
teevee
