can someone please tell me were its says that if the merger takes places that the shares are going to be ISSUED I have yet to see or read it anywere.PLFM Nevade was only formed so a IPO. could be issues to raise funds for Flight Dynamics the unmaned planes div.plfm. Now that there is a partnership with AEROMOT who makes planes that plfm can use there is now no need for plfm Nevade (FLIHGT DYNAMICS)so the merger means that everything can now be put under one roof. plfm oklahoma has 10,000,000 shares that it has not issued so why would anyone think they would used the shares from plfm nevade at this point in time. go plfm
