It could go either way, but my hunch is up on MSFT. Motorola may go up or down. But how related are MOT and MSFT business. I can see relationship between Intel and MSFT. I tend to agree that Europe follows US. Last year several times europe went the otherway the day before US went up/down. even after major US after market news.
