Right on Joe. If I remember correctly, it was not Inco's idea to build the smelter in Newfoundland in the first place. If the Newfoundland Government is to force it's demands on Inco before a mine permit is issued, let's see the same treatment given to all other parties in the province ready to develop a base/precious metals find or petroleum deposit. Wonder how quickly the exploration money would dry up then ! On another topic, how about that 64% rebound from the $5.00 low on Friday - I take it that this is more than a "dead cat" bounce. Bob
