TO THE THREAD:
UPDATE ON PROJECT HUNT & PROJECT LEADERS
A whopping 28 companies have been suggested by the thread's readers. We know a little of some of them, perhaps need updates on others, some are on Justin's list already, so perhaps should be refreshed, and some may be complete strangers to a lot of us.
Upstream we were asked what the purpose of this is: Simply to put some organization in place while we do our tracking and hunting. I don't know what our PL's are going to find...and if I did, we wouldn't need them. But we don't, so we do. Gorillas, chimps, kings, princes, serfs...just don't know. We do know that someone among us has become aware of the company and has suggested it for study...in our terms, which is GG rules.
Stockhawk has produced a magnificent set of guidelines for these PL's to help them organize their separate hunts. Rather than reinventing the wheel, I suggest the PL's stick to his format as closely as possible.
Very likely, this project will be repeated as a new list of companies come to our collective attentions downstream. We'll do well this time around, but next time it will be even better. One thing is reasonably certain however. Once we've done this, we will have plenty of warning when a new tornado is about to hit one of these companies...and we'll be the ones who are ready for it.
