disagree - two mil gets a family with kids nowhere - 10 mil or more sounds much better - then take 50% and give it to world class asset management firm that thinks like you do - they will always be partly in cash, the better to buy with, and you can draw what you need as they return 20%+ per year and you fish, golf or vacation --
