We--I--can only feel embarrassed and in my case ready to rage through the threads with an Uzzi because of one thing--timing.

In a store front it's location, location, location.

In technology stock it's timing, timing, timing.

My timing for the past two years was first gross stupidity chasing organized hyping on SI threads. It just tinker-toys around from thread to thread, water seeking its own level and birds of a feather and all that adage stuff.

Timing at ALYA for get rich quickers proved to be a poor call at best, except for the chosen few, at this particular moment in time anyway.

We have all been suckered into a race track mentality throughout the net threads, and want and expect to see the payoff at the end of the 5 minute race. Or else.

Have fully recovered and actually think I can enjoy a little investing for a change. Horse track betters and stock investors are about a million miles apart. Somehow they have merged for the last couple of years on the net and hopefully the winnowing process will begin in earnest.

empteur cavaet and the devil take the hindmost and the bulls never really get hurt and the bears never really get hurt, but like an old, old moldy monied friend of mine mentioned to me way back in my college days, "But the pigs always get their throats cut."

If this company is ready to die, there sure will be buyers lurking for the tattered remains. If not, there sure will be a rise in the price as it slowly gets a life. I don't think they're just going to haul this technology out to the dumpster and forget it all happened.

I guess what has just blown my fragile and tiny mind is looking at so many 5 year price charts. They have wobbled at 3 to 5 dollars for five years and then in one month move to $100. Check it out yourself on some of the biggest of the biggies moving right now. Amazing.

Words typed just for the heck of it. I hate myself when I post anything anymore.

:)
