Hope the case is short and "sweet" but if that were the case someone would likely have folded by now. I had heard that the new Aber top guy was being a real hard nose, now we'll see just what the law says. I am too biased to make a call but this is not two neighbors talking about trimming a hedge.

It sure seems that Aber wanted to look at the other guys cards before making their bet, and that is not allowed in any game that I know of.
