Dana, In addition to the weak dollar, Atmel also admitted they were a little late (a month?) getting out new products and that their customer's didn't have enough time to qual them. As usual, Atmel did not hold back the negative news, which is how I like it. I've seen Atmel swing up and down for several years now, and it's somewhat comforting to hear Steve talk about his similar exerience with Compaq. (By the way steve, what were Compaq's sales when its stock finally started to stablize?) I think Atmel is a 5 year stock. Good Luck, cj
