Zeev,

As of last quarter's earnings conference call (for the 3rd calendar quarter of 99), there were close to 30 Fabs, shells, or major new lines being equipped. I think it was high 20s but it may have been low 30s.

Since then the chipmakers have opened up their purses. I suspect that we'll hear that there are at least 50 fabs or equivalent now being equipped. In any case we'll have a very good handle within the next 2 weeks.
