Hmm, keep the window the same length. I haven't been doing that, but it makes sense, to keep the network from skewing or something. (That being said with little knowledge yet of how the math goes!)

Is neurostock threaded, and would benefit from multiple processors?

My AOL progressive net is doing mediocre, but it only has 4 neurons right now. As soon as Outer Limits is over (1hr) I'll leave it running all night. Until then, there is research to be done.

Re: the multilple runs, it seems to add neurons after a cycle even if I don't slide the window. This seems normal to me. (Wishing there were more documentation)
