I really like the word "immenient"!

How is this for a scenario . . .

1. Medsite files their S1's for their IPO listing. The Medsite excitement really starts to build as people begin to fully appreciate just how big this could be.

2. After the close of trading on that day, Jordex announces their name change, closing of the Environmation deal and listing status.

3. Jordex also takes the opportunity and enhanced awareness to announce other (more higher profile) deals that have been negotiated and not released as yet.

4. Jordex opens for trading the next day with the bids much, much higher than at the close.

5. Jordex starts their full blown Promo. (After all, they have had enough time to plan it, and with Mr. C helping to spread the word it should be a very well oiled machine)

6. Jordex makes it known that given the quality of deals that they are being presented with, they expect to be announcing deals on a fairly regular basis

7. Jordex does a re-financing at $3 to $4 and uses the money to increase their participation in more deals

Now I will be the first to say that this is pure speculation (OK, maybe a bit of hype) on my part. It may not follow this pattern, and I may be setting up some expectations that will be hard for the company to live up to.

On the other hand . . .

These seven steps could conceivably take place in a very short matter of time. Dammit, this could even happen "immeniently"! <VBG>

I want to be clear that I plan to be holding a significant number of shares when the company decides to get the old ball rolling. This is one stock that I do "NOT" want to be chasing as it starts to get underway.
