Actually, it took JDSU about 9 trading days to absorb the OCLI news. On Nov. 4 it closed at 62.50 and during the next two weeks went as low as 58 before returning above the price on the day of the announcement. Not even a hiccough, but time for anyone to add if they wanted. (You can see where my mind is.:))

One more thought: keep in mind OCLI was $2.8 billion and ETEK's 5X that.
