Sounds fair to me. Terry Lyons is president and CEO of Westfield ( holds 22.24 % of the shares. Might be difficult to vote him out. It basically looks like a lock. The question revolves around do they want to leverage their money. I am impressed that the sold when they did ( if it wasn't blind luck then they might make something of this). If they are interested and looking I am sure they can make a killer deal in this low market situation. Depends on where Terrys head is at. Dundee
