Seriously, this BNEZ-AOL lawsuit could if it all works out for us, be BIG. If we win this round and the Judges allow the case to go to a JURY,(and the panel of Judges will rule within no later than 90 days from today, I understand) AOL could lose tens of millions of dollars or more and with the proposed merger between AOL and Time Warner Corporation the last thing AOL needs is bad publicity (a David and Goliath thing) so they I would think would want to settle and NEVER allow this lawuit to get to a jury, tooo much for them to lose if it did.
